Adelsheim Pinot Noir Willamette Valley

Crafted by winemaker Gina Hennen, the Adelsheim Pinot Noir Willamette Valley hails from a family owned and operated vineyard in Oregon. “Wine grapes can express the location they’re grown in provided the place has something to say, and we believe our small corner of the Willamette Valley has something to say,” Hennen notes on Adelsheim’s official website.

Well let us say, this Pinot Noir certainly packs a punch. With notes of raspberry, cinnamon, and lavender on the nose, this vibrant red wine is ripe and firm with a long finish. For food pairings, sip it with Salmon Tartere, pasta with tomatoes and olive oil, Chicken Cacciatore, or simply a washed rind cheese. Cheers!

Meet the creation of Joao Paulo and Sonia Martins, who has over 20 year’s experience in the wine industry. The Pedra Cancela ‘Vinha da Fidalga’ Encruzado hails from Portugal’s Dao región, and is made with one of the country’s finest white grape varieties.

“This Encruzado is a must for white burgundy lovers or any white wine drinkers who are looking for a refreshing, light-to-medium bodied white that offers notes of citrus, mineral, and peach lined with floral elements,” says Gillian Sciaretta, Gary’s Portugal Wine Buyer.
