Spring is all about Celebrating at Gary's!

Well, we made it through the winter, and just as monumentally, with your support we made it to our FIRST ANNIVERSARY IN WAYNE!!

We'll be celebrating our milestone with celebrations all month long, from tastings to book and bottle signings and much, much more.

This Week's Saturday Tastings: Passover & Easter Dinner Wines

Both holidays are just around the corner, and as we well know here at Gary's, we have a lot more choices for our Passover pours than the old standard of sweet concord wine. (But if that's what the mishpokhe like, we've got you covered there too.) Likewise, Easter ham and lamb present opportunities to move get out of that winter Cab-only rut and into some fresh new choices for Spring.

Join us in all three stores this Saturday, April 4th, for a taste of our favorite picks for the Passover and Easter dinner table, including:

Domaine Michel Poinard Crozes-Hermitage 2005
This 100% Syrah from a 9-hectare vineyard in the Northern Rhone is characterized by red fruit and spice box flavors, accompanied by elegant structure and finish. The perfect pairing for Easter lamb.

Sforno Moscato (Kosher)
A slightly sweet sparkling wine from Northern Italy, this Kosher pour is perfect for either the kickoff or the sweet finale to your Passover celebration.

Binyamina Yogev Chardonnay/Sauvignon Blanc 2006 (Kosher)
A refreshing and vibrant white Israeli wine from Galilee, made from ripe, appley Chardonnay and zesty, citrus-laden Sauvignon Blanc.

Coeur Esterelle Provence Rosé 2008
From the heart of Provence in France, this rosé wine is an iconic sign of Spring: fresh, lively, and light with juicy flavors of strawberry and white flowers. Perfect with Easter ham.

Hevron Heights Isaac's Ram Cabernet Sauvignon 2003 (Kosher, Madison and Wayne only)
A very special and limited Cabernet from the Judean Hills (we'll call it Israel's "Napa Valley"), this is a Kosher Cabernet for Cabernet lovers, with toasty oak, dark berry fruit, good concentration and a lengthy smooth finish.
