The union of two cultures, two wineries, one in the Old World and the other in the New World, gives birth to Enamore, a wine made in Argentina using the ancient "appassimento" technique. After harvest our best Malbec (50%), Syrah (25%), Bonarda (22%), and Cabernet Franc (3%) grapes were partially dried by the natural action of the dry winds in the foothills of the Andean mountains, thus increasing the concentrations of aromas and taste.
After a long fermentation the wine was aged for 12 months in new French oak barriques. Deep ruby red, Enamore is concentrated, structured, elegant full of spices and "raisiny" aromas. Its attractive softness, roundness and sweetness makes it ideal to partner with game, full flavored foods and cheeses.
