The 2007 V is 100% Verdelho, a grape that in the right hands makes fragrant, delicious, user-friendly white wines. This version is light straw colored with a fragrant perfume of white peach, melon, and tangerine. Light to medium-bodied, in the mouth guava and other tropical flavors emerge. The wine is nicely balanced and has good length. Drink it as an aperitif or with sushi over the next 12-18 months.
