2007 Salena Estate Ink Series Chardonnay

Salena Estate is an ongoing project for Gary and his team in an effort to give our guests what they are looking for, high quality wines for a reasonable price. Gary handpicked this estates wines after meeting with over 20 importers. He chose Salena Estate for the quality of the fruit plus the overall attention to detail this winery has.

The 2007 Chardonnay exhibits aromas of fresh peeled apples and sweet herbs. The wine is medium-bodied, on the palate the wine is smoothly textured with nectarine and various citruses making a presence. Lean in style, with crisp acidity, it has a relatively long finish. Try this wine with various poultry dishes or even to compliment most hors d'overs.
