Winemaker's Notes:
Colour: Deep red with a solid core.Nose: Classic regional choc mint melds with blackberry, black olives and violets. Charry, toasty oak is supportive -not dominant.Palate: A medium bodied Cabernet delivering ripe black fruits. There is even texture across the palate with fine tannins and Cabernet's typical structure, providing grip and length on the finish.
