Fermentation is conducted in Durnstein, where a highly modern, well-equiped vinification facility make wines of un-wavering character. At Gustav, priority is given to vinification to preserve optimal regional expression and mineral character. As little intervention as possible, in other words "benevolent neglect", is the credo for producing magnificent wines.
