This Chardonnay captures and accentuates the beautiful Santa Barbara tropical/stone fruit qualities with 46% tank fermentation. We have retained our traditional rich mouth-feel and long finish with 54% sur lies aging and weekly batonage. French oak has kissed a majority of the this Chardonnay. Enjoy with pan seared Dover sole and Yukon Gold mashed potatoes.

This reminds me of a village Puligny-Montrachet with bright acidity and plenty of minerally, apple pie and chalk character. Full yet very racy and crisp. Better in 2012.
