A blend of 10 different Pinot Noir clones on the Laetitia property, this wine is an elegant expression of the ideal Pinot Noir growing conditions that define the Central Coast of California.
Flavors of spring strawberry with a hint of nutmeg dance on the palate with notes of sweet smoke. Silky tannins and balanced acidity combine with mild earth notes transitioning to a luscious finish. Try with poached salmon and fennel infused couscous.
