For the flagship Grand Finale series, we’ve begun sourcing single barrels of ultra-premium wine from the world’s best winemakers.   We’ve worked directly with the winemakers to craft these wines, traveled extensively to check up on them as they develop into truly one-of-a-kind bottlings.  You will not, cannot, find these wines anywhere else.  They’re just for us.  And as such, we think they’re a fitting Grand Finale to any special occasion.

We’ve always been big fans of Barnett Vineyards, but when David Tate began making their wines a few years ago, we found them getting even better (and so did Parker, rating their ’07 Rattlesnake Hills bottling 95 points.)  The 2007 vintage wasn’t a tough one to make good wine in, but David took things to a whole new level in blending our own special barrel for the Grand Finale project.  Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon makes up the lion’s share of the blend, with touches of Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc to add some gracefulness and character.  Look for all the dark, brambly berry fruits and bittersweet mocha notes that we love in mountain fruit, and a balance of acidity and tannins that’ll make this an amazing bottle for years to come.

A = Alcohol: Only ships to where the law allows us. We currently ship to 36 states and the District of Columbia. We ship to AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, IA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, VA, VT, and WI.

C = Cheese: Only ships to 9 North-Eastern states. We currently ship cheese and other perishables to CT, DE, MA, MD, NJ, NY, PA, RI, and VT.

L = Local: You can order the item online and you can also pick it up at one of our local stores.

S = Ships Everywhere: Non-alcoholic and non-perishable items such as Salsas, Olive Oils, Wine Accessories and Gift Cards can be shipped to any state in the US.

F = Free Shipping: Items marked F3, F6 or F12 means you need to purchase at least that amount in order to qualify for Free Shipping. (ie. F6 means you need to buy at least 6 bottles in order for a Free Shipping discount to appear.)

$1EA-6 = Ship Cost EACH: Some items have their own shipping cost. Some have a minimum to buy in order to qualify. $1EA-6 means the items ships for $1.00 each as long as you purchase 6 of them. $1EA-1 means you only need to buy the one, $1EA-12 means you need to purchase 12, and so forth.
