The winery is perched in an iconic spot overlooking Stag’s Leap, neighboring legendary wineries like Shafer and Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars. The owners are one of the most famous families in American entertainment, and they have a winemaker who’s worked from Cognac to Conn Creek. They lead the charge in sustainable farming and they own the most cutting-edge winemaking equipment on the market like optical pneumatic sorters. Are they the newest cult winery churning out Napa Cabernet for $150 a bottle? Nope. They’re Silverado Vineyards. And their award winning Napa Valley Cabernet is still less than $30 per bottle at Gary’s.

Both Robert Parker and James Suckling praised the 2007 Silverado Vineyards Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon for its blend of great fruit and great structure, and we agree completely.

Take advantage of a great deal on the 2007 Silverado Cabernet Sauvignon and pick some of this 92 point Napa classic for just $31.97, PLUS all orders for a case will ship for just $1 per bottle!

Reviews

Robert Parker 92 Points

The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon is a gorgeous example of elegance allied to power. The final blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc offers up notes of crushed rock, spring flowers, red and black currants, and plum as well as hints of white chocolate and subtle barrique smells. Medium to full-bodied, with a nicely layered mouthfeel that builds incrementally, the wine has superb purity as well as accessability. It can be drunk now or cellared for 15 or more years.

James Suckling 93 Points

I am impressed with the structure of this wine. This shows intense aromas of crushed blackberries and blueberries that follow to a full body, with lots of fruit and a velvety tannin structure. Long and structured. 14+23+23+33. Find the wine.
