Winemaker's Notes:
Our Pinot Noir’s vibrant character comes from the Los Carneros appellation, the coolest part of Napa Valley, at its southern tip. This Pinot Noir shows layers of the fruit, floral and spice inherent in the grapes from our estate vineyards. Small-lot fermentations with native yeast add to this wine’s complexity. Our Pinot Noir bridges a wide array of entrées: grilled salmon or chicken; roasted pork, veal or lamb; and mushroom dishes.
