Trentadue Winery has more than a four decades long tradition of making Petite Sirah and through the years has become one of the top producers of this California grape.
This is a fruity wine showing intensely ripe and almost syrupy aromas and flavors of blueberry, blackberry and plums, which are typical for Petite Sirah. The color is intense dark purple, suggesting deep extraction and full body with a long, juicy and viscous finish. Further aeration reveals deeper, complex aromas of leather, cocoa powder, molasses and maple.
