Winemaker's Notes:
The 2008 Unfiltered Chardonnay has an inviting straw hue. This wine opens with a bright nose of fresh fruit and floral aromas of honey blossom that lead to earthy bread dough and hazelnut. Pear, melon and fig are introduced on the palate with balanced acidity and creaminess. Layers of brown sugar add to the complexity of flavors that end with a long, complex finish hints of toasted oak and butterscotch.
