Hawk Crest began its existence as the "second label" of Stag's Leap Wine Cellars, bottling leftover lots of wine from the estate that did not quite make the cut for the Stag's Leap label. Now, however, it is its own brand, sourcing fruit from all around the state.
The Hawk Crest Chardonnay draws fruit from Monterey County to produce this Macon styled take on California Chardonnay.
