Winemaker's Notes:
The Muscat de Beaumes de Venise is made from the only grape allowed by decree for this wine: The Muscat a Petits Grains. The winemaking is specific: we fortify it with neutral alcohol in the middle of fermentation, the result of which is to stop the alcoholic fermentation. In this way we keep a certain sugar content which gives us a generous, round and oily taste. The delicate gold colour indicates a good maturity which we find in the nose with its intense floral aromas and a hint of citrus fruits. In the mouth the fruity taste unites roundness, freshness and finesse.
