Fratelli Revello has been farming their vineyards in the Annunziata region of La Morra for just over 50 years. They sold their grapes for much of that time, but since 1992 they have been producing top level Barolo, including four single vineyard bottlings, as well as Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, and Barbera.
Their Vigna Conca single vineyard is typically the fullest and richest of their Barolos, with great depth of Nebbiolo fruit, and the rich tannic structure that Barolo fans love.

The 2006 Barolo Conca, from another of La Morra’s top sites, beautifully captures the house style in its dark red cherries, spices and menthol, all of which come together in a polished, focused expression of Nebbiolo. Rich and powerful, the wine offers exceptional depth and roundness on a finish that seems to last forever. Anticipated maturity: 2016-2026.

Bright, deep red. Dark fruits, licorice and tobacco on the nose. Sappy and sweet, with lovely ripe acidity giving the palate a penetrating quality. Distinctly suppler and less tannic than the Giachini. Finishes with subtle, earthy soil tones.
