Fruit for the 2011 Mohua Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from a selection of vineyards within the Lower Wairau Valley, Rapaura and Southern Valley sub-regions of Marlborough. The fruit was harvested at optimum maturity, gently pressed and cool fermented to stainless steel to retain fruit flavor and freshness.
The 2011 Mohua Sauvignon Blanc shows lifted aromas of passionfruit and lime. The palate is luscious with tropical fruit and bright citrus characters. Melon, guava and grapefruit flavors combine with a fresh acidity to give a long lingering finish.
