For the Signature blend, our flagship label, we use a combination of organic fruit from our estate vineyard combined with other sustainably farmed vineyards throughout Oregon. Our Pinot Gris style emphasizes fruit forward aromas boasting citrus and tropical fruits, without excess residual sugar levels. This wine is designed to drink exceptionally well both on its own and when paired with food. In the 2014 vintage, pineapple, nectarine, violets and lime zest collide with honeysuckle, cantaloupe, and minerals. A flowing harmony of fresh acid and a delicate sweetness carries the fruit and minerals through a generous finish.
