Is local delivery right for you?

We're pleased to offer free local delivery of Gary's Wine Club selections to those within a certain radius of our store. (Please click here to see if your town is included in our local delivery area.) Below are a few key points that will help you determine whether our local delivery service will be the right option for you:

When will you deliver, and do I have to be there?

Wine Club orders are usually distributed between the 5th and the 15th of each month. If we have your accurate telephone number on file, we will try to call in advance to let you know approximately when the wine will arrive.

Our Wine Club orders are delivered in routes determined by proximity to other delivery orders, weekly schedules, etc. Because the club has so many members, unfortunately we are not able to schedule specific delivery times with individual members. If someone is there most of the time, it's more likely that your delivery will be received on our first attempt.

Does an adult need to be there to accept the delivery, or can you leave it on my doorstep?

Because this is a delivery of alcohol, someone over the age of 21 must be there to accept and sign for the delivery. You wouldn't want the wine to sit outside in bad weather anyway... it could lead to a destroyed bottle and even a mess on your doorstep!

What if there isn't an adult at my home most of the time?

Many of our members choose to have their orders delivered to a workplace, where someone is usually present to sign for the delivery even if you aren't available. Alternatively, you can choose to pick the wines up in any one of our three store locations each month at your convenience.

What happens if I'm not there when you come to deliver my wine?

We'll try to let you know when we're coming so that this rarely happens, but if we miss you we will attempt delivery a second time. If we're still unsuccessful, the wine will be held in the nearest Gary's store to you so that you may pick it up at your earliest convenience.
