In addition, we only offer cheeses at their peak of freshness and ripeness.

If you know you like goat cheeses, ask us for different varieties of goat cheese to try. Or tour a country through its cheeses - you will be surprised at the similarities and differences you'll find. Ask for a sample of a new cheese whenever you're in the store. Periodically, we offer cheese sampling in our stores, so be sure to come by and try something new.
