2005 Spottswoode Lyndenhurst Cabernet Sauvignon

Spottswoode has become justly famous for their lush and expressive Cabernets, earning rave reviews in vintage after vintage. Lyndenhurst is their companion estate Cabernet, crafted in the same exacting manner as the Spottswoode Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. Lyndenhurst is created from select wine lots that are lovely and expressive, and made in a more approachable style.

2007 Far Niente Chardonnay

Far Niente Chardonnays are classically structured wines that are lush and round on the palate, while displaying the typical intensity of fruit and spicy oak aromas that have become synonymous with the Far Niente "house style." The finish is lush, long, and clean.Far Niente Chardonnay's flavors become increasingly full and complex with time, improve in the bottle for at least five years.
