This is a Junmai Ginjo, which means that each grain of rice was polished until less than 60% of the grain of rice remained. Made in the Hiroshima prefecture, this brewery is known for their soft water, resulting in a soft, clean, sweet-fruited nose of green apple, pear, and banana. A comfy-cuddly, velvety-styled sake that goes well with white-fleshed fish.

C = Cheese: Only ships to 9 North-Eastern states. We currently ship cheese and other perishables to CT, DE, MA, MD, NJ, NY, PA, RI, and VT.

L = Local: You can order the item online and you can also pick it up at one of our local stores.

S = Ships Everywhere: Non-alcoholic and non-perishable items such as Salsas, Olive Oils, Wine Accessories and Gift Cards can be shipped to any state in the US.

F = Free Shipping: Items marked F3, F6 or F12 means you need to purchase at least that amount in order to qualify for Free Shipping. (ie. F6 means you need to buy at least 6 bottles in order for a Free Shipping discount to appear.)
